Referring a case to Anita couldn't be easier. 

Simply ring the most convenient clinic listed opposite and the receptionist there will take the details and make the appointment. 

Your client will then be sent a confirmation of the appointment's time and date, together with a map of how to find the clinic.

After the consultation you will receive a report from Anita (usually within 24 hours) setting out her findings, diagnosis and treatment options.

Anita is also happy to discuss her report with you on the telephone, if you are unsure about the diagnosis and / or her recommendations (there is no extra charge for this service).
